Orthocare is the leading social welfare program in the Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia and New Zealand. Founded by V. Rev. Fr Elias Khoury in 1994 as an office in Punchbowl, Sydney, it has expanded in 2008 to open an office in East Melbourne.
